Are you looking to deepen your connection to the natural world?

We are always walking with the spirits of the plants around us, it’s only when we stop to notice and take the moment to breath into all of our senses that we begin to experience the magic the natural world offers us.

Each month we will dive into the spirit of a chosen plant, you will learn about its medicine, myth, and magic and discuss as part of a collective your own experiences, thoughts, and feelings about the topics that have come up.

This circle is a moment of pause in your day. Here, we aim to reconnect with what we have forgotten, the natural rhythms of the seasons, and the unique magic each plant possesses.

These sessions are donation based, there will be a few suggested donations on screen, but you can choose a custom amount or contact me directly for a free ticket. This magic should be available to everyone regardless of financial status.

September 2025: Elder

Found all around England the elder tree is a common sight in parks and woodlands.

Elder’s spirit is the wisdom of change, transformation in the open, going through multiple distinct seasonal transformations, from this we learn freedom to flow and change without losing the core of ourselves.

The elder tree has symbolism that ranges between beliefs, from biblical sin to Celtic regeneration and with almost every part of the tree being used for medicine, its life force can be weaved with our own.

In this container we are nurturing our relationship with elder’s spirit. We will be learning about its history and folklore, rich traditions of healing and myth meant to warn others away. Join us and dive deeper into the spirit of elder because it is so much more than just a tree!

You will learn:

• The basic uses of elder berries and flowers in herbal medicine and food

• Botanical knowledge

• The folk healing charms of elder

• The myths of elder

• Elder symbology in magic

• Tips, tricks, and ideas on how to build a deeper relationship with elder

• Sharing circle

You will need:

• Elder (in whatever form you wish e.g. a tea, tincture, image, or the fruit/flowers and leaves themselves)

• Pen and paper (optional)
