Terms of Service
This agreement governs your use of The Wisdom Wench's services. By using our services, you agree to abide by these terms.
Use of Services Our services are intended for personal use only. You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the service without express permission.
Privacy We take your privacy seriously. Any personal information you provide will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Account Security You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
Prohibited Activities You must not engage in any illegal or unauthorised activity while using our services. This includes violating any laws in your jurisdiction.
Termination We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time without prior notice if we believe you have breached these terms.
Changes to Terms We may update these terms from time to time. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically.
Governing Law These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
For the purposes of the following terms and conditions, customer/ client will refer to the person(s) who purchase or receive the tarot reading, if there are different people they will be treated as one entity.
Online readings/ mentorship:
Online readings will be conducted via zoom, if on the day zoom is not working on the tarot reader or client’s end for any reason an alternate video conferencing software will be tried. If this does not work, then we will reschedule up to two times.
If the customer is 15 minutes late to their reading with no prior communication or no attempt to communicate the customer’s reading is forfeit. Rescheduling at this point is at the tarot readers discretion.
No part of any readings, or mentorship/ guidance sessions is recorded or permitted to be recorded, I do not agree to recording of my voice or image.
Refunds for online readings
50% of the reading fee is classed as a deposit and is non-refundable, this is to secure your time and date for the reading.
If you cancel with prior written notice you are entitled to a 50% refund or a rescheduling option to a mutually beneficial time. If the tarot reader cancels within 48 hours you will be offered a full refund or an option to reschedule to a mutually beneficial time. By rescheduling you are forfeiting the refund. You will be offered a rescheduling option up to two times.
Additional refund between 50-100% is at the tarot reader’s discretion.
No refunds are offered for technology malfunctions, it is the role of the client to ensure their internet connection is stable and that their device of choice is charged if need be and can run video conferencing software. Technology malfunctions will be offered a rescheduling option.
In person readings:
In person readings are in my designated area and are at my discretion, I hold the right to cancel the reading and walk out at any point if I feel unsafe.
By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
